Since today's job market is constantly changing, there is a high likelihood that the career in which you first started out won’t be the same career you will be working in future years. There are both advantages and disadvantages in a number of current industries and career trends. For example, many industries now are sending work overseas. Even if you work in the IT industry, your job may no longer be entirely safe from outsourcing.
