Hello
From last couple of days i am unable to sign in msn messenger on my home pc and it comes up with the error no "81000316"

I have reinstalled my windows but it is still the same.
Please help me out

Why would you reinstall windows?

I did a Google search for
81000316 msn
and found that another user had that error had a problem with their account. Create another account and see if that works.

Its not a matter of HEHEHE actually my pc was infected by many spywares.

It's always good to periodically take an image of your hard drive to have something to restore back to. I use Norton Ghost for that. AdAware and Avast! have free editions to scan for and remove spyware and viruses, respectively.
