Is it just me who has had the new wave of spam with the FROM from your own email?!

REALLY peeving me off!

i keep getting these stupid emails From webmaster@dansgalaxy .co.uk TP webmaster@dansgalaxy .co.uk

Really annouys me...

anyone else?

I'm getting tired of the payday loan spam that recently started hitting one of my e-mail accounts, I have no clue how it started

setup an spf record for your domain, it won't stop the emails but will reduce the number going through. Go to openspf.org for more info

I was getting spams with my email address on the from line for a while, too. I'm not sure how that works...?

I think i can activate two types of spam control domain end, i prefer windows mail to do it tho, just for the one or two whcih arnt.

windows mails really quite good gets at least 90% of the spam instantly to junk

Its amazingly easy, i have multiple forwarders all u have to do is set up a account tell it a email, put in a working smtp server and thats all.

or PHP script wise its just what ever you set as the from header. its a bugger really..
