Hey Guys till now i used to just blog, now i want to start my own website

Can any one suggest me What Hosting Package i should Buy!!
I dont know much about web development till now i was using Blogger to
blog .
1. How much web space ?
2. bandwidth ?
3.Linux / Windows ?
4. can i get any free code/template/script for the website .,from where ?
I have my computer business Already , so initially i will not be needing the shopping Cart and Commerce, i just need my Web site to be able to keep up with my Existing Customers ,with online forms, Company blog , Complaint booking etc !!!
