Wow, I didn't realize that my own thread would be a tough one to answer.

There are SO many great and addictive games.

PiliotWings (SNES)
Mario World (SNES)
Final Fantasy III (SNES)
Doom (PC)

Contra (NES)
Final Fantasy (NES)
The Legend of Zelda (NES)

Sadly, the industry left me WAY behind after Doom. What's your best game ever?

° Magic pockets (Amiga)
° Chase HQ (Arcade)
° Dark knight (Arcade)
° Rigar (Arcade)
° Ghost'n Goblins (Arcade)
° Golden Axe (Sega mega drive)
° Boulder dash (On a commodore PET 3200, in 1978...)

And certainly many more, but those are the one that have marked me the most...

Well, if you're going to bring the C64 into it, you forgot Lode Runner. Addictive....

One of the most addictive arcade games I played is Bubble Bobble.

Oh, the Zelda SNES title was A Link to the Past.

No, I did never had much fun with it...
But I recall that it was my first programming attempt.

I had copied a BASIC listing in an old computer paper that mimicked it. And my dad spent 5 hours debuggin it

I was 5 years old...

And man, you are right, I thought of rainbow warrior, but did not listed it and forgot bubble bobble.

Wow, hard to answer.

Today? I'd say I like the interactive games like Rock Band, Guitar Hero, and WII tennis. I like thinking that games that help me get off my butt are more beneficial than the other couch potato games

Back then? I don't know -- Super Mario Brothers 3?

I seem to be the only person who likes recent games. It feels weird because I'm not a teenager (sadly, I've grown out of those years). Does anyone actually play those newer games like GH3/Rock Band/Wii Tennis, or are you still all about Sega, Atari, and the original Nintendo?

My parents deprived me of a video game console as a child, so now that I'm earning my own way, I'm starting to buy myself stuff. I like what I've gotten.
