I try to be in bed by 11:00pm every night. We put the kids to bed between 8:00pm and 9:00pm and that gives my wife and I 2-3 hours together.

I'm really bad about it. Maybe about 1am-2am. Sometimes later. Sadly my other job keeps me up late as I do not tend to get home until 10pm or so except for the holiday season which is later.

later and later each night...usually 12 - 12:30. I work a fulltime job during the day and spend 4-5 hours a night working on the sites.

I try to stagger when I go to bed - usually 11pm or so with my wife one night and then the next night stay up late and work - usually 1-2 am.

I have had those occasional nights of 4-5am.

I usually hit the sack at about 10:00 to 11:00 PM. I'm up at 5:30 or 6:00 AM every morning and I like to feel somewhat refreshed when I get up.

On weekdays, Im normally asleep by midnight. However on weekends, it can often be 2-3am before I get ready for bed, depending on how engrossed I get with advertising and developing my website.

I sleep at 2-3am every night.

Luckily my wife is used to it and supportive of my web work. I only sleep early when I pass out from exhaustion.

I usually go at 4 am in weekends .. and sometimes 5 am ...
In week days i go at 1 am ...

When ever I'm tired really. I was up until 4:30 am yesterday just playing FM2006 on the 360 and I was up at 11am.

Probably do something similar tonight.

Almost every night I do not go to sleep until 02.00 - 04.00, and even if I would I could not sleep because of all the ideas I have not written down or work I have not finished.

I am strange I know, but many web entrepreneurs are the same way, a poll I have made in other forums show that. I will post it here to now . . .

Unfortunately, I don't get to bed until about 3 - 4 AM every morning. I do get in at least 8 hours of sleep though, waking up around 12 - 1 in the afternoon.

I've never heard of the concept of Sleep. What is that? so new fangled and foreign
