Who here runs?

How much do you work out?

Since it's pretty typcial or should I say stereotypical of us web developers to sit on the computer all day, brag to us.... Tell us how fast you can run, how how much you can lift, or how skinny you are

Well I'm still in highschool and play varsity soccer and varsity track, so I'm working out about half the year and I relax the other half.

I visit the gym a minimum of 4 times a week.

We are living in a fitness fanatic society, and I believe that it is important to look after our bodies.

Nope. Don't have time. Haha.

Seriously, hopefully I'll start soon, cause I need it.

Haha, the best exercise you get is moving your fingers to post ;-)

Anyways, guess I'll post about me.

I get up at 5am every morning and go run. I play soccer in the evenings sometime and I swim occasionally. I don't lift much, but when I do, I go to the gym and use their equip. I ride my bike sometimes just to get a breeze or hang out with my biker friends (mostly girls, heh) but besides that, I have to say I get a lot of exercise.

As a result, I end up eating a TON and too much of it doesnt stick to my ribs.

I am on a journey to a healthier life, which I started the 1st of June.
So I walk about 1,5 hours per day, and eat quite healthy.

When I have lost some more weight, I will get going with the gym and start playing basketball again.

I'm very active. I play football/tennis/badminton/table tennis regualry throughout the week. I love sport more than anything, so it's not really an effort for me - just pleasure I also go to the gym with my girlfriend twice a week.

My night job keeps me very physically active. Right now I go through a gallon of water in two hours and look like I just stepped out of a pool.

As much as possible, it really is essential but it can be difficult at times.
