Hello,

I am looking for a script, from Hotscripts or elsewhere, that will allow me to sell an individual product display to a vendor for a certain amount of $.

Overview: A vendor would upload his product, a text description, a link to where it could be purchased, and an image, in his/her control panel. Once uploaded, they would pay via Paypal, the IPN would confirm payment, then add that one product to the side bar of the forum.

As more advertisers wanted to advertise, this spot would rotate products.

Has anyone seen anything off the shelf that can do this, or a program that can be worked on to do it?

I doubt there is any script like that located on HotScripts.com. You should just get a custom script made. I recommend you to register at RentACoder.com, and post the type of script you want made. It's free to register and post an auction, and the coder will pay the fees.
