I'm currently on a DSL connection and had cable internet before I moved. I miss my cable connection.. DSL is so slow for me. The download speed is like 150kb/sec max and on my cable connection was like 1mb/sec.

So, what connection do you have? Is there still anyone on 56k? :thumbdown:

I have a 5mbps DSL connection.

Cable sucks here. And it expensive.

I too had cable but when I moved back to LA I downgraded to DSL. Why I will never know.

Unfortunately I have 56k Dial-up, that's what I've been using for 5 years now. One day I'll get DSL though... one day.

DSL 6/512k as I cannot get high rate cable services (digital chanels, etc) in my specific area.

I have DSL that is ran through a crapy Independent Telephone Company. In the area of that I live we have a co-op telephone company, and you have to be a member in order to have any service what so every.

Meh. China has Cable here. Download peak times are like 500 kb/s.

I miss by XX mb/s downloads back in Korea. :/

wireless here. Cable and DSL are not available out where I live and the only other option is dialup and even then 28.8 is the best you can get.

Download speeds are fast, uploading isnt too good.
