I often find myself running ideas through my head so often that I can't sleep at night. Tonight I have actually had to get out of bed twice to take notes.

This latest idea was well worth it though. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! I'd tell you about it but it is top secret. :whistling:

Tonight I will credit my madness to the full moon and a year from now when this idea is put into action, I will thank it for my riches.

I shall try to sleep now.

Cheers!

Voted no. Unless its an emergency or something, I try to limit my usage as much as possible. Most of my night time is spend with The College Board folks preparing for the SAT. I also try to get 3~5 hours of sleep per day consistently as I feel anything shorter than that or longer can affect me at daytime.

I think health is more important. Not too much of a sleep problem here. :P

I also have sleeping problems.. It's the school holidays now and I've been staying up until 7:00 AM in the morning for the past 5 days.. definitely not good for my health, but what can I do? I've become so used to it...

It keeps me up far to often. I am now wishing I didn't stumble across this site. It has kept me up way past bed time.

I find this to be more of a problem each and every day. As I'm typing this message it's nearing 2:10AM. My sleep habits have been pushed back about 4-5 hours compared to a normal person (especially at my age). I get up around 1PM and goto bed at around 5AM. It really hasn't been an issue this summer but it has in the past. During school it caused a huge amount of issues when I had to be at class in 4 hours when I haven't got any sleep and have yet to become tired.

I voted yes, although the latest I have stayed up as a webmaster is 2:30. At my friends sleep over we played Halo from 11:00pm to 9:00am, and didn't go to bed until 11:00 am. (very sad)

I love my sleep. Its only affected me like once or twice. I try to get to sleep before 1am each day, that way you are set for the day ahead. Then again, i'm up at 6:30, so you could squeeze it a bit further.

I have less time to sleep.
If I don't take down notes and sleep away, the idea would be gone by dawn..

Well its funny i saw this thread. I can never sleep.

You know the feeling! Have all intentions of being in bed at 11, then you flip on the news, while sitting at the pc or laying in bed, then you power down the pc, brush the choppers, lay down,, then 20 mins turn into 30,, 30 into an hour ( seems like an eternity) Toss, Turn, Get out of bed til your so **** tired you have to go to sleep.

As I write this it is now 4:10 am in NC and I have been out of bed for a few hours now, unable to sleep and somehow energized by scouring the internet thinking of new ideas.

At least I dont have a timeclock to punch,, will wake up by 9am and rinse wash, repeat

It's never really affected my sleep problems, the odd time I've got up becuase something I've thought of. Most days I climb into bed at midnight and get to sleep. Up at 8am the next morning to get ready for 6th Form.

Weekends I just go on until I'm tired.

When I was off a few weeks ago I never went to bed a few times until 4am because I was playing FM 2006, I'm making up for that now though

11 to 2 now have voted as being effected at least once. I think it goes with the trade, your online business/activity as one of your babies, keeps you up sometimes.

Typically I make sure to wind down and get to bed for my health's sake but once a week at least I end up stretching myself.

Web development has never affected my sleep time. I always try to limit the amount of time I spend online so that I have time to do other things.

I gotta sleep. In bed usually before 10 p.m. on weekdays but up by 7 a.m.

Weekends are a different story. I work hard and party hard.
