I think Warez sometimes get mis-understood. It doesn't have to mean pirated software, although it usually is.

So yes you can, think of all the Marijuana forums out there.

it depends on your country, but you should find out what your ISP's acceptable use is...I don't think discussion would be ruled out, however if you're hosting illegal software, that would get you turned off quick.

I was under the impression that linking to warez was okay, at least legal. Discussion should be fine as well... it also depends on yours hosts terms and such.

hosting it and linking to it are different, but one complaint to your ISP, and they may simply shut it down, or ask you to first. Who needs warez with open source prevalant?
