http://www.guru.com (found some work on there, got paid, all was good)

http://www.sitepoint.com (found a great partner on there, still working with him after a year, very happy).

I have used Rent A Coder for a few years now without problems. I have a few folks I use all the time on the site.

I use Sitepoint and Namepros only for quick freelance jobs here and there.

www.ranoo.com is another, but it is struggling.

I would recommend www.sitepoint.com and its marketplace for it's sheer number of members.

I used to be on Get a Freelancer, but haven't for a while. It was good, found a few jobs, but too saturated with outsourcers.

My business is all word of mouth, but guru is great as far as I know.
