At the moment I'm not really serious about my working day. Still a student so I just fit whatever hours I can in and when I can be bothered. :P

3.30 or 4am start - work through till around 9 or 10pm.

15 minutes or so break for a bike ride, a cup of coffee at a local cafe around 8am. Breaks for lunch and dinner and that's about it 5 days a week with a little less on weekends.

Okay, here's my typical day

7-8 AM - Wake up go to home office and check email, drink coffee, read WSJ and online news/blogs

9-10 AM - Get out of the house and head to office downtown. Check mail at P.O. and stop by coffee shop. Sometimes I'll work from the coffee shop for an hour or two and eat breakfast (they have WiFi) or I'll just head straight to the office.

10A-12P - Work at the office on various projects

12P - 1 or 1:30 P - Lunch, usually with a client or friend

2P - 6P - Work at office unless I have a meeting

6P - Go home, cook dinner and spend time with family

9:30 P - 12 A - Get online again to post in forums, blogs, etc and work more on some internal projects

My working day is boring..

I wake up around 2PM, get on the computer and check my email, digg, PMs on forums, etc. Then I open up my websites and start updating with the daily content. That usually gets sorted out within an hour. After that, it's time to work on the technical stuff (coding, design elements) of certain websites and get the new features and such up and running.

All of that pretty much takes up my whole day. Of course, there's the usual movie watching and gaming in between

7:30am wake up, pound 2 cups of coffee and work until lunch at 2pm. 15 min lunch.

After lunch I work till 5pm, and then head out to beach or park for a run to get away from the computer/technology.

Return, make dinner, eat and read/blog/research for another 3 hours. Then sleep.

I try to take little to no breaks in the day so I can feel guilt free for taking off at 5pm.
