This is the situation

I create new account with $0,00 in it.
I add credit card
Can I Pay $50 to another account?

does paypal auto take those $50 from my credit card?
Or what ?

Tell me if I'm wrong (personally, I use wire transfer and avoid CCs at all points), but will PayPal actually add the 50$ as soon as you request them to deposit them from your CC?

It should be that they take the funds from your Credit Card, possibly you can add a bank account to back up the funds even more
