Hi all,

Since many members here are new to online business I would like to share my experiences here. This post would be a good guide for anyone who don't have money to buy domain and hosting but wishes to start by earning small. But remember , nothing comes for free, you need to spend some time to be successful.

To start a free blog I suggest using blogger.com, i have my reasons for this,
first google search bot seems to like them and you can integrate your first adsense very easily.
Second - with very basic knowledge of html you can do wonders with it.
Third - there are many tips , hacks and templates available on net. you would learn alot.

Anyway so here what you should do:
Decide on some topic of your choice, remember that its very important that you wrote what u like else in some time you be out of content. Please don't get into just copy paste and posting links.
and please don't just write about your cat.

Write atleast couple of articles.

now register and create your account on blogger.com
remember that you can have more then one blog on same account.
choose some nice name and create a blog and start posting.
Remember that more you post on your blog more time your blog is read by fellow members with "next blog" button on top left of blogger blogs. so do post frequently.

Ho to put adsense ads.
There are two ways, first is easy but you get only one ad per page with it.

Once you have registered for adsense account(it can take upto 4-5 days to get accepted)Go to template section and click on adsense tab. its cake walk after that.
Second method is by copy and pasting the code from your account's adsense setup section to your template. Its little difficult for those who don't know html. I wrote small template tutorial on this some time back on my blog.

Next is all about keep writing more and promoting the site.
First put that link of ur blog in sig of this forum, submit to other directories and comment on other's blogs, this way you can be part of some group.

please don't get into wrong way of getting clicks, don't ask your friends to click on your ads, don't form groups to click on each other's ads. read TOS and when in doubt ask questions.

Well written. I'm especially glad you stressed non-fraudulent clicking issues. Google Adsense is a stellar way to profit from your website with little effort. Getting banned from Adsense will exclude you from an excellent opportunity to monetize your site.

I want to start a blog, so you suggest I use blogger instead? Are you sure my blog will be found without any promotion that way since people will click the 'next' button.

Well written and very informative to beginners. Remember it's best to stay consistent with your blog to build your readers' trust.
