Can anyone help me out?

Hey there all. I am just putting the finishing touches on my website http://www.hyrulianlegends.com . I would like to add some style however to the front page (the news). Perhaps add a border around the text making it a bit more stylish. http://www.z64planet.com/ is an example of a nice style. I just want mine to pop up to the viewers.
If anyone could help please PM me or post here.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Do you need help with the CSS? Or do you need help with the design in and of itself.

Probably the CSS and design. I mean I just want the news section to be stylish, go along with the website in itself. Not sure what that'd be?

Would anyone be able to help me out via MSN or AIM on Joomla. I need someone who knows Joomla fairly well. I have a few things I want to do with my website that has joomla installed.
Thanks,

Why thank you dave. Even if it looks good, I still want to add a couple things via Joomla. I need a login feature, because AKOComment allows people to write comments, and they all say guest, so I would need them to register for them to show names. I also need to change the navigation a bit, for example... The Home>Blogs>Bosses, etc. I want it to represent each game, not "Blogs".

If anyone could help me out that'd be great.. Please Instant Message me on AIM at JJx23, I am always on and even if my away message is on, just message me anyway. I really want to get this site rolling, but I need to correct these minor errors.
Thanks all,
-JJ-

To turn off guest postings, go to your AkoComment settings and where it says Anonymous Comments, hit "no" and that you should do it.

Right, that would be cool except now no one can comment because they cannot register. I need a login feature apparantly. Anyone that can help me out would be greatly appreciated. http://www.hyrulianlegends.com . You can see what I mean if you click the link. Try hitting write comment and you'll see that you cannot comment nor login or register.

That's why you enable the login module under Modules and turn it on for all the pages. :glare:

Choose the module position that you want it to fall under and on the right side, select for it to display on all pages (or whatever pages you want).

When I choose right side, it goes over the Zelda games. Not sure where I could put it lol because everything is set where it is?

The module positions are laid out in the template. I don't know what positions your designer assigned them to but it wouldn't be too hard to find out.
Just go to Templates -> Module Positions and see the different ones that he made.

Alright I found one, I put it at the very bottom of the left side, but I would like to align it better then that. I also would like to change how the register page looks along with the lost password? How would I change that a bit?

CSS
table.moduletable {
padding: whatever you want px;
}
For the login table.
It's all in the CSS.
[I'm done with this thread for now, no more help (tired)]
