The Wii is probably gonna be the first Nintendo system I buy since the SNES (excluding the Gameboys).

Although I'm a big Xbox and Xbox 360 fan I'm really looking forward to the Wii; it's something different. Can't wait to use that controller.

I have to say that Wii looks mighty fine! I cant beleive that we can get a Wii AND a Xbox 360 for the same price as the PS3!

The price of the PS3 is pathetic, I don't see why anybody would want to pay that much for a console to be honest.

I like gaming but the most I've ever spent on a console before the games is £279.99 for my Xbox 360.

LoL, I want the 360 mainly due to the Xbox Live feature! Once you have played on XBL for a few hours on a fun game I sware you wont go back! I would suggest anyone new to XBL to stick away from public Halo2 games due to cheating etc and maybe try racing games with friends!

I cant wait until Gears of War comes out! The multiplayer on that game is supposed to be second to none!

With regards to the PS3 price, it does come with a Blue Ray drive but who actually wants one of them? I'd rather pay a much lower price and not have a BR drive instead of being forced to adopt a new technology!

I think the blue ray drive alone adds around £250 to the price.

Nintendo had a good name "Revolution" . They jsut killed any chance they had at beign successfull by renaming it to "Wii" they are right back into a childish appearance. Now a days people want fancy names chrome plated systems and high definition not just good gameplay.

I saw this and though it was very appropriate...

I won a free Wii system from www.WiiDB.com since they are giving a free one away for every months, sound like they are using great incentives discussed at EF.

I plan to buy Red Steel, Zelda, and maybe Mario.

I also am curious how good the PS3 will be.

I am not interested in the Xbox 360 too much since it hasnt offered anything thus far.

And Xbox Live isnt everything, I had it with the Xbox, played it for a few months and stopped playing it and the subscription an out. I have played Xbox 360's from friends and cant say I am impressed by it.

So Wii and PS3 for me most likely.

(The Wii is 100% certain since its free for me now

)
