Everyday at 6AM and again at 5PM My 6 AM workout consists of about an hour of cardio and light weights (machines). My 5 PM session lasts about an hour and a half and consists of heavy weight. I try to go everyday, and have a cheat day once about every three weeks.
I go at least 4 times a week then play an athletic sport (like frisbee, soccer, or football) at least 4 times a week. Obviously I get some overlap, but I love being fit. Plus, ladies love the six-pack

I hadn't gone for a while (hurt my back, went on holiday and then had exams) but I'm trying to get back into the swing by going everyother day.
Are you doing weights or running?
I do weights (mainly my arms, chest and back) and the rowing machine. I also use the bikes but only as a warm up and cool down.
Yeah, I run two miles to start off cardio, then I go on the elliptical until it reaches 5 miles or so, same for the bike, then I stretch and head home :thumbup: Only reason I work out this much is 'cause I'm on my school's basketball team.
Trying to go the gym at my university, but everyone who works out there is ripped. So I just do my own training at home until I'm ripped enough to go there and work out.

Only if you're doing lower body 1 day and upper body the next. For me that would mean spending barely anytime at the gym and taking the 40 minute walk (I refuse to run on the street) quite frustrating. But if it's only your way home from work (no that it is for anyone here) it would be a good idea.

The gym isn't just for exercising. Once again this is about going to the gym, not anything else.
You should have a more diverse poll. I go three times a week and I have a personal trainer.

Do you find a personal trainer helps? I was set up on all the machines and told what weights to do but honestly I couldn't see them helping me now.

Yeh I assumed you weren't doing weights, it's unhealthy to do them everyday.
It's not unhealthy to do weights every day if you break it up appropriately. A couple of months ago I was on a 6 days/week heavy weightlifting routine. However, I would only work a muscle group once a week. The key is to go intense and hit it hard.
