Hello
3 days ago, i've made a paypal account. I just filled all in exept of the creditcard, but this isn't necessary.
Yesterday i received my first payment with paypal.
10 minutes later i received a mail of paypal that they think that i have received money on a non-autoristed way. Again 10 minutes later i received a mail that my account was blocked. What did i wrong?
Plz can someone help me to unblock my account

Yeah, an email to them is likely the only thing you can do - unless someone has experienced the same situation we wouldn't be able to advise you correctly.

Maybe they actually have customer service, although I would expect some generic response and passing the buck, unless there was something you hadn't done that they could enlighten you about.

Well, PayPal, in recent years, has started to clean itself up. They offer an easily accessible 1-800 number, and actually responds to e-mails (in my opinion). You might want to call the 800 number and speak to a human being and describe, polietly, what's going on and how you can resolve the issue.

I've had only positive experiences with PayPayl's support. I'd definitely give them a ring, and see what they can do for you.

Never had any problems with Paypal so I never had to use it but I only received good comments from people who have had problems in the past.

They should lower the fees, though. They're killing me ;(

Sounds like you have unfortunately ran into the small percentage of people who are fradulent on your first transaction.

Give it time - PayPal has been great to me, always keep email backups of your receipts and proof that you sent payment, CC yourself when you email someone about their paypal payment, etc.

That way, if it ever happens, you have documentation to prove that you were the one acting honestly.
