For some reason, I've always been a big fan of Copperplate Gothic Bold. Of course, in light of my recent typographical knowledge gains, I'm reevaluating that.

Ditto. Very good for headings on Blogs when using sIFR.

Another favourite is good ol' trusty Lucida Grande.

Combine the two and you've got some nice (Apple-esque) typography going on.
