You guys should definitly submit the podcast to itunes, you will get more listeners, I wont have to keep checking for episodes, people can review it...
There is a great plugin for wordpress call podpress, http://www.mightyseek.com/podpress/ which makes it very easy.

dude what are you talking about, most of the things you say make little to no sense

Podcasts are accepted on to Itunes and can be suscribed to and downloaded right when they come out without user interaction.

Yes, the sound quality was not as good as the previous interview. We are still riding the learing curve! Trying to get Lee not to knock down equipment is hard enough!! Though I won't be here next week, listen in for a my replacement.....
