Dual Monitors Question

Well my dad is getting me a 19" LCD Monitor for free (well, using fly buys or somethin' like that), and I was wondering if I could have a dual monitor set up with my CRT monitor, which is smaller in size.

Thanks in advance

Obcourse you can, it doesn't depend on size... I would recommend that you use the 19" LCD as your main monitor and the smaller CRT to display various things you need to check from time to time (for example, Adsense stats, blog stats, Mail,...)... I don't know your desktop "configuration", but having a LCD in front of you with give you a lot more space and will benefit your workflow. I know it helped me

Also, the dual monitor setup will make you much, much more productive once you get used to it. My advice is to use one monitor for all your work, like designing, coding, content writing, etc, and the other monitor for non-essential tasks like skype, IM, email, and a browser.

Best of luck to you with your dual monitor setup!

I have been used the dual monitor setup for a while, I love it, I will never be able to use a single monitor setup again.

Is there any program you need for different sized dual monitors?

UltraMon definately helps me, but then again I have 2 same sized monitors. Although it does appear it can take too different sized ones.
