Anyone else ever had the feeling that his trashcan is more organised then your computer? After a few months after formatting you start installing programs and download files randomly all over your hard drive and backup your files again randomly all over whatever place you find first. Your windows starts to behave really slow and you have no idea now..I have that situation now... how do you guys keep your computer clean, tidy and organised? How do you manage your files? How often do you format your harddrive and reinstall your OS.

Mine is just like yours, but it's fast and programs don't open when I boot. But you should see my desktop, like 50 icons.

After each computer session,I prefer to Cleanup the Disk and
Defragment the whole disk.Booting would be easier.
Reduce the unnecessary toolbar can make a difference.
