I have only been called once by YPN, it was mostly a "how are things going" phone call. As long as they keep sending the checks, everything great!

Well, the phone call was my first one.

Im still trying to get into YPN.

Thats why i was a little excited as its hard to get in.

Wow. Well, YPN called back and good news, that i got accepted.

And the funny thing is, that i didnt even know, my info was sent out like last month on the 10th. :P

I got a call about a week or so ago as well.. also missed it. They left a call back number, extension, name etc and followed up with an email. I'm sure you will hear from them again.

They're called me a few times. First was to ask me how everything was going and they told me they noticed a drop in one of my site's revenue and wanted to discuss it with me.

Another time they called me to respond to one of my questions that I emailed, and another time they called me back for something. I'm about to call them right now actually and this board reminded me I need to call Azoogle as well....

^Yea, they call when they see some things out of order. They're really good people. And the Customer Support is very nice as well.

Google could learn something from them. I'm doing five figures worth of business through Adsense, and can barely get more than a form letter out of them when I contact them.

^Yea your right about that. It would be nice if they had the same action as YPN would.

It would make things a lot easier.
