Im going to vegas soon, and I was thinking if people can go to war at 18, to risk there life for this country, they have every right to gamble at 18 also, so when there all out there by themselves, they need to wait to gamble? It's there money, not the governments they should be able to do what they want with it.

What do you think?

Thats the same reasoning they used to change the voting age down to 18.

I agree 100%. I'm not big into gambling myself, but I think if you can go to war and gamble with your life you should certainly be allowed to gamble with your Benjamins.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this law changed soon. I don't consider it a major issue at all though.

I don't exactly agree with the war thing. But I think it's good to keep younger people out of casino's. The longer they are able to preserve their money the better.

My 2cents, or lack thereof.

You can still gamble online, but yeah, I'd love to drop some cash on a casino in Vegas.

Gambling in the US online is illegal in ALL states. The government just doesnt spend its time going after every gambler online, but after the casino sites that operate on US soil (which some have and were shutdown).

But the only reason you cant go into a casino is because of the alcoholthey serve their, im sure if a casino didnt sell alcohol you could go in and gamble

In Milwaukee you can go play Bingo, but have to stay off the slot floors where they also serve alcohol...
