His argument is weak
He says:
"They are just breaking the law," Cuban told a group of advertisers in New York. "The only reason it hasn't been sued yet is because there is nobody with big money to sue."
Media companies are pulling in billions..and they can't throw some in front of youtube? BS.
There have been no lawsuits yet because the media companies are building a case. Money isnt the issue. Once they have a case that they have a good chance of winning, they will take youtube court.
And he says only a moron would buy youtube..yes a very wealthy moron.
he also says:
"User-generated content is not going away," he said. "But do you want your advertising dollars spent on a video of Aunt Jenny watching her niece tap dance?"
Another stupid moron-esque comment by the befuddled, middle age, odd looking one himself.
There is much more to youtube than home videos.
A very poor, inconclusive analysis. If I turned in such a poor analysis in college I would have gotten a D. It is sad that this tripe passes as newsworthy. What ever happened to editors? Its thier job to keep this crap form appearing in the first place.
