Very nice. I might take a crack at it.

Thanks for sharing it here. Best of luck to everyone who enters!

Will also be interested in hearing more about the requirements to get into this Elite Retreat. When will the "placeholder" page have more info?

I think there are some good starts there. It's funny, though, because some people seem to be ignoring what the site actually looks like. Isn't the new logo going on the current design?

This is my favorite so far. It's simple, yet clever. I also like that it's very easily branded on everything from business cards to your favicon. I could see that design representing what you are doing.

I like this one because the symmetry pleases my brain's desire for organization, but I don't think it would work on the site in it's current color scheme:

Okay, I just checked the thread again...

I am still digging the ef one that I mentioned before.

I also like evf's logo, but I have a couple of concerns. 1. It looks kind of web 2.0ish - which isn't bad now, but I think it will look dated in the near future. (also, the icons look kind of icon-y, if that makes sense - they seem sort of clip art-y) And 2. I don't think it's as easily reproduced across lots of mediums as other logos could be. Print, shirts, embroidery on hats, etc. I *do* like the splash of yellow, though. I think that really ads some life to the page.

Just my thoughts.
