Hello everyone,

Just curious to see if there are anyone here that trade stock, options, or commodities online here!

If you do, let me know what you trade? How long you have traded?

I been trading stocks & options since 1995, now I only trade stock options.

I tried getting into Forex but I've had no luck. I just don't have the time right now.

How are the returns on Forex? I heard so much of it, but never really traded foreign currencies unless I was traveling.

You can, or you have? how much do you put in to make that type of profit? Are you a day trader? or you an option trader? I like to know what your strategies are to make those numbers.

Don't be so sure Worldwebuser. I've made a good chunk of that in just a few days on a great buy. I don't do it all the time but when I want to I can hold my own daytrading...

I was really into it a year or so ago but lately have been focusing on web development and domain purchasing.

I dont really daytrade but there is an effective statistical algo that can be used to predict with good accuracy the short term movements (1-10 minutes) of stocks that track major indicies.

For longer term investments, my simple rule is to buy stocks that go up.

Why buy something that is ready to tank? That is a great rule. .

Did a small trade last week, had a small 300%+ return in less than 24hrs. This is something I do once a month to get some play money. I invest in option because is much more safer than trading stock. Only with option you can enter into a trade knowing how much you can loose and yield a greater ROI.

Even though I have 0 knowledge about stocks, my mom trades at Ameritrade and is doing rather well.

If web development isn't working for you, trading stocks would be a good alternative to consider.

About two years ago I traded in all my stocks. Did'nt make much money but I got back some of what was invested. Had I had the time and thought. I could have made as much money as George Suares at the time of the collapse of sterling. Hope I spelled his name right.
