Ok, now I will say I haven't read every single thread on Earners Forum, but from what I have read I find the flaw that you will probably never find a real workable technique on how to make money in these forums.
Nobody in their right mind would give a secret on how to make money (especially on the web) in a forum. All that would do is split the market up into who knows how many shares.
So then... what is the purpose of Earners Forum? And correct me if I'm wrong...has anyone actually been given a real, workable way to make money from this place? I would like to think so, but am getting skepitcal.
Here's one generic idea for you... set up a blog that gets a lot of targeted traffic and put Google adsense on your blog. lol

It is like a jigsaw puzzle. There are pices of information you have to put together from the posts to create a workable plan to make money online. I have found that on ANY forum no one will give you a an exact blueprint for making moeny online. You will have to piece the information yourself.
However, I do find that earnerfoum is a bit anemic. There needs to be more depth to the content and discussions, but that just my opinion.
If you want more info in making money online do more research. There are tons of other sites that offer info.

Treat EarnersForum as a reference resource. If you have a specific question regarding to earning money, then post it and it will be answered. You can't expect all these people that spent years learning to just give you the answer.
In fact, there really is no specific procedure to earn money on the Internet. You come up with a creative idea, build a site, market it and you make money (hopefully).

the way i see it, everyone on this forum is in competition with each other...about the only thing I've seen worthy of mentioning are those pictures of Adsense checks over $100k/month.
Somebody knows how to do it....they have webmasterradio.fm, forum after forum....and i've been following this for quite sometime. Not once have I ever really seen any good advice - with one exception GoogleGuy's videos where he does Q&A with people who email him.

Naturally. Still, places like Earners Forum provide great pointers for both beginners and experienced online earners. For example, we can share reviews and commentary on affiliate networks. Complains about CJ. Positive feedbacks regarding AzoogleAds. Or we can discuss the future of CPC model. Things that can show us the right path (albeit in general sense) and save us a considerable amount of time and money.
Besides, if someone (if there any) revealed his/her complete way of earning a profit from start to end, naturally people will flock to it, copy it, saturate the niche/keywords, and it will be no longer that profitable or worth the effort.

lol... very true. You would think someone making 100K/month would let go of their greed for a second and help others out.

I've got an interesting idea... let's pick specific people out that we know are making big bucks and try to reverse engineer HOW they are doing it... I think if we all pitched in we could find some info that could benefit us all:
Let's start off with that Shoemoney guy. I started a new thread in the off topic section that you should be able to see...

I would think if that statement is true "Never going to make future millions copying someone else man" then why wouldn't "they" give their secrets out?
Am I wrong?

Although I learned a lot of things from WickedFire and Digitalpoint, I realized that EF taught me VERY little in terms of making money (forum itself).

I disagree with you guys in a few things. This forum was started by Lee. If it wasnt for the path he has blazed through the forum world, I wouldnt be an admin today. Like others have said, no one is going to tell you their secrets to make money, but if you peice together various sources, you can come dam close to the recipe.
The only people on this forum who think it isnt useful are the ones that are looking for a free ride. There are others, however, who understand the fact that earnersforum is still VERY young. It is a good place to get together if you are planning on making money on the internet, now and in the future.
Until you can figure out the motives and intentions behind this forum, you will not be able to realize its worth.

I completely understand not giving out your secrets...I've done this in the past and while I've helped others earn income...it has had little benefit for me in return. I have managed to make money off my sites in an alternate fashion than my original intention.
From my experience, you have to be creative, sly, and clever - and not reveal your secrets...this is the only thing I've seen to keep people coming back.
The other option is to take advantage of Google's business model (earning from both sides of the coin).
There's a reason those sites that redisplay search results are *still* ranking in the serps. Google's model works well with this questionable tactic.

So... the obvious question is...
What did you learn at WickedFire and DigitalPoint that you can share with the community here?

Not sure how relevant this is, but the basic trend on this thread is that the only people complaining aren't in any usergroup.
Maybe you guys that aren't in a group should get in one and absorb the full EF environment?
