Ok guys, I've just opened my first web store and I have a mental issue I require your help with.

Say we have product A at $25.00, what would you rather see...

1. Product A displayed at $23.00 then a delivery fee of $2.00 at checkout

or

2. Product A displayed at $25.00 but "FREE DELIVERY" plastered across the homapage and on ads.

Note: Most rivals use option 1.

I think I would rather see "Free Delivery!" everywhere

btw, make it $24.95 rather than $25 too

I would rather see 'Free Delivery'. When extra charges are tacked onto the selling price I feel cheated.

Show full prices before they even add products to a shopping cart. This way you are honest and customers are not disappointed by additional charges jumping at them at the checkout.

You can add more value to the product with a free digital 'how-to' guide and charge for shipping.
