TOLEDO, Ohio - A company that shut down its Web site because it was overwhelmed by millions of people looking for YouTube has sued the online video-sharing portal.
The smartest thing to do for Universal Tube would be to auction the domain name on eBay (that should fetch quite a price), or sell it to Google, and buy a new one.
I don't think you can blame the company that used to run YouTube for having stupid users that can't type properly (sorry, I don't mean to offend any people that have trouble spelling ;p).

Utube.com is down which means they are losing business. I'm not a lawyer but compensation is due. Google has so much money it would be a nice PR move to donote extra servers to utube to help cover the extra bandwith consumption.
Google should have taken this into account b4 buying youtube.
Considering google spent so much money on youtube would it really hurt to throw in an extra million or so to help cover utube's additional server costs?

Would it hurt? No. Will they do it? Hell no. Corporations just don't "throw in an extra million" to help anybody ... what world do you live in?
This lawsuit is ridiculous. YouTube never marketed themselves as "UTube.com" or promoted users to go there in any way. It's not their responsibility.
