I just had a power peel microdermabrasion on my face. I need to get rid of acne scars and stuff. It'll be a monthly schedule for me now. Call me a metro but I really love to take care of my face and look good.

EF members, do you go to a skin clinic? What procedures do you take?

Nope, nothing like that. My cosmetic schedule is my daily shower and shave. I even occasionally comb my hair!

Used to go to a dermatologist many moons ago, but haven't really needed to for quite some time. I'm of the opinion that 90% of doctors are total quacks.

i have an appointment coming up actually. Nothing like acne scars but im really concious about lines starting to pop up on my forehead and stuff, all part of growing up i suppose. But as of the past 4 years its just been washing daily, and washing the face twice daily, have to see what the dermotologist reccomends

I just get random pimples, it's not acne though. I still bought proactive though. It doesn't seem like it works, but it does. Like if I feel a pimple is coming, I just use the medication, and it's gone (or almost) the next day.

In full disclosure, though, I should mention that I am handsome.

You're supposed to use proactive everyday.. I used that stuff when my acne was fairly bad in HS but it cleared fast after I started using it.

Yeah I do. I just said I meant it doesn't seem like it works because I don't FEEL it, with other medication I would feel the pimple or whatever burning.

If you look closely similar to that one in your avatar, then I'd agree with you.
