Hello,

Did anyone else notice that EarnersForum has been growing slowly lately?

Do you think it's time for another crazy contest?

It doesn't really matter, as long as the conversation is relatively lively and you are getting your questions answered.

I sort of lost interest when all the noobs joined and asked stupid and dumb questions

I have noticed that occasionaly when I click the new posts button all I get is introduction posts and people posting in them. That kind of thing annoys me, especially when the same person goes through the forum posting the exact same welcome message to every intro...

I guess it's the same lively conversation I've been during my first day here.

Forums are slow. The problem is EF doesn't have a unique feature or characteristic that makes it stand out from any other webmaster forum.

The whole concept of grouping people by income on this forum is unique.....

Yeah that was something I really liked and I've applied it in a different way to my forums with good results.

Forum growth is always slow. But at the end of the day while you still have members signing up and posting, really there is no need to worry. Besides, I'm sure Lee has a few tricks up his sleeve to get this place booming again.

Lee has done a lot for EF but the problem may lie with the forum itself. It doesn't have a coppetitive advantage.

I don't think he was... The usergroups and private forums are what makes EF unique from any other monetization forum. Not that I have taken advantage of those.

There are always these moments when boards tend to be slow. I guess these things are just normal.

It has been slow for a while now. And yeah having ranks by income range is unique but all I can ask is "...and?" it doesn't really benefit users that much. Some people may be lying about their income anyways.

All kidding aside, I don't want my income on there.

I have no need to impress anyone, and it's my business.

I think maybe the growth is sort of slow because a lot of the earning concepts talked about here are kinda "scammy". That may stop more legit marketers from wanting to join.
