I believe gmail allows you to use it's service on your own domains.

I suggest you go with google's gmail. It works perfectly fine here.

Hi, I have an issue about email also in regards to my domain. I have never done any domain setting up except in recent weeks. I go to my domain host and read about the email guide and I do not understand it.

I have read about (a little) for the google new add ons for domains, I signed up for the start page service and launced it but I could not see the benefit involved in doing so.

But in response to your the post you made, Why would you offer gmail at your site, when gmail is available to people already, I'm sorry, but again, I am lacking the ability to see the benefit.

Will you just be using the gmail server and it has your website name or how does it work?

Yes, users will get a username@yourdomain.com but will be able to manage everything through the gmail interface.

Only 100 emails with gmail though, you may need a lot more.

You could just use the web interface or POP3 access your domain provider should give you unlimited amounts of anyway.
