Okay I'm from Germany and I'm trying to get into affiliate marketing. I want to apply at azoogle,cpaempire and some other networks but since I don't have a social security # or similar I was told I'd need to fill out a w8 form. But what is that? I've googled a bit and found some stuff for example:
