I have heard that every 10th driver you encounter has alcohol in his blood.

Whenever I drink I make sure I have a safe ride home, but I rarely drink.

If i know im drinking normally I'll cab it there.
More than likely i spend too much on alcohol and end up having to walk back, but at least im not endangering anybody.

But people think they can get away with it because their judgement isn't right.

i don't drink too...moreover, it really a tragic if somebody been hit by a drunk driver.
