I am doing a survey for my own purposes. Well the thread says it all, does anyone here used IRC, have used it, or even heard of it? It stands for Internet Relay Chat and basically is a big chatroom.

erm...IRC, is one of social marketing..but, it take a lot of time to built your credibility there. It easily to find a new friend there. My last time used IRC about 6years ago. But, to be honest you can build up a chain of friend here, good for marketing strategy.

I use IRC occasionally. I chat on the gamesurge server on channels for Lucasforums.

I use IRC every day, just got it sitting there on my laptop idling.
