This contest is similar to the one we opened with and honestly the winners didn't win because they did or didn't have a webmaster blog. You have hope!

The rules seems quite strict, I can understand this as you do not want to be spammed out of 'existenz'. Could you just clarify the part about:

4. Must not be traced back to a proxy IP address.h34r:

Do you mean web based proxies rather than ISP proxies. I'm sure you do but thought it best to check.

I think its people signing up under other identies, so if someones referrers all seem to use proxies then it looks pretty fishy

Web based, yes.

I think in the last contest I was within the top 10 runner-ups and was short by maybe 200 points from winning, so this time I'm really planning to win 1st
