I'm going to develop www.seriesforums.com into a TV show forum,
a place where you can talk about Tv shows(mainly) and about daily life..
I'm planning on hiring a skindesigner, and paying it.

Now I am looking for a motivated person, who is able to invest with me in this project. (Hosting/coding/vB license/promoting)

you would need to make friends and know the person first it might save you in the end run.

just going out and picking the first person out off the street is never a good thing.....you want to make descisive quick descisions not unforgetable ones.

make friends and set up meetings....really get to know the person on a business professional and personal level first, because it will save hassles and deals at the other end.

yea i don't think anyone would just pick the first person who jumped. alot is taken into account.
