What software do you use for FTP on your computer?

Im just looking for something decent that I can download backups from my server

Id go over to download.com and search FTP. There are a bunch of free ones, use whatever floats your boat :P

I use SmartFTP, I like it pretty well.

Thanks Hex, but Im really trying to find a piece of software that will work really well for me, and not necessarily a free one. I dont have time to go out and try 50 different FTP programs, that's why I asked for advice =D

I use SmartFtp too. It was a bit annoying with the previous version cause it didn't start sometimes.
