I sent him some cash to do some work, talked about it on im... needed a few days before he could start, no big deal.

haven't seen him on IM in over a week, and hasn't returned my email i sent 4 days ago.

i'm about to do a paypal reversal, but he has a good rep, so i'm thinking something happened

claim filed, i'm done working with him. This was supposed to be done a week ago, and as far as i can tell, he did nothing.

I'd agree with this advice, if the guy set the expectation that he wouldn't be in contact for a week or so. If not, Brian has good reason to be concerned. The customer should never have to chill and wonder what's going on, especially if you were readily available before payment was made.

1 week for webmasters is too long. a lot of money can be lost when momentum is not gone. so i agree with the reversal.

statement of work and initial payment was set on 3/14

i haven't heard from him, nor seen him online since 3/15

its been nearly a month and still no contact.

added to my scammer list, and i hope no one else falls for this guys' crap like i did.

if you pay attention to DP hes done it to a few people on there as well. sells sites with fake stats or something. i'm not 100% on it cause it wasn't me but theres threads about him with proof.
