TV shows you can't live without?

Assuming you watch TV on occasion, what TV shows are your favorites?
Me? I'm in the pile of people waiting for LOST to return to the airways in Feb of 2008. Survivor and Amazing Race are two of my other favorites.
And for day to day inspiration, I love HGTV.

im from queesland too mcindigo and cant survive without weekend footy...nrl rocks...plus the footy show on channel 9, its not as good as it use to be but I cant live without all that!
