Cool! There is also a similar site dnScoop - Domain Name Value, History, Stats Tool and Forums which calculates the value of a site based on the age of the domain, traffic stats and PR - among others

The may help but remember ,guidance only i really dont think the website predicts all to accurate and something that you can base you price on. but its a nice start i guess
