Information Management? Would you use a wiki or some other service?

I'm starting to feel the effects of information overload :O in the form of too many accounts, income sources, and websites. I would like to find away to "gather" it all into one location, preferably mobile.

Here's the stuff I want to track:
  • Accounts (separated by type. ie: email, ppc, cpa, cpc, services, etc)
  • Web Sites (all my existing sites)
  • Important documents (posts from Earner's Forum and others that are critical)
  • And maybe my current projects
Anyone have any idea what software or service I might use for this? I prefer open source, but I'll pay if it's worth it.

-Garrett

PS: I toyed with TikiWiki... seemed unwieldy. Basecamp is too project oriented, not good for storing info.

Update:

I ended up trying PB Wiki (pbwiki.com), which appears to be doing what I need, for the most part.

I'm still open to suggestions though.

I use a little free program called Keynote, available here: Tranglos software: KeyNote

I also use an Excel spreadsheet, but KeyNote links to the file. Should I forget where it is, KeyNote remembers for me.

If you want an online solution, I suppose a wiki works. You can also use Google docs and spreadsheets.
