Does anyone know if YPN sends out the form for taxes? This is my first year doing taxes so I'm not sure what to do. My parents said they're supposed to send me a form. So far VCM is the only one who sent it.

And what about Paypal and MaxBounty? How do I report that?

PayPal does not send you a tax form. Some companies send the forms, some don't. Large networks like Google Adsense and YPN sends out the 1099.

You don't need to, unless you've earned more than $600 in net income. To be honest though, you really don't need to file taxes for PayPal.
