I hear all types of musics. But i like classical types of musics very much. Hearing this i got a very pleasure in my mind. I agree with the opinion that classical music is very cool and good for knowledge development.

I like to listen to classical music to relax. I also like to listen to it while I am working. I can't listen to music with words while I am working - I get distracted!! I think classical also helps me think.

I like certain types of clasical but am not a huge fan.

I dont know how it would be good for knowledge development (I take it you mean mental development) unless you mean learning to playing it but I would imagine that can be said of all music. If you mean listening to classical would improve your knowledge development (or mental development) I think some snobs like to think so but honestly, honestly how can it - its no different to all music in that it will typically invoke an emotional response.

J.S. Bach's harpsichord concerti after Vivaldi are my favorite. I've wondered how it would sound adapted to electric guitar (there are enough classical guitarists who crossed to metal who could do it; Yngwie Malmsteen is a classic example). Then again, I can envision orchestrations of a lot of modern music as well.

I think the concept behind "knowledge development" is not clearly defined, and I don't listen to classical music regularly (or by choice), but when I do, I won't force someone to change the radio station like I do with country music.

Anna Netrebko is an opera singer who is great to listen to and watch perform.

I'm classically trained pianist.. Rachmaninoff, Chopin, Beethoven, Lizt etc are great.

Hey man! I didn't think anyone remembered me! Haha I got the "website" bug again... I was spending way too much time in front of the screen and I took months off to get into shape and start working on my new car and University. It was bugging me that I still had a few projects that weren't complete and so I return. How is PawDesign going?

Usually I listen to groups like Radiohead, Sparklehorse, The Beatles, Floyd, Phantom Planet, Muse etc as well as Rap/hiphop and rock in my car.
