What software do sites like DemoDemo.com and DemoWolf.com use to record the demo videos? I have some customers I need to show how to use certain portions of their website and need to create a video to show them.

Is there a free version of the software they use?

Sorry, I have no idea what software they used on those sites. However, take a look at Wink.
It's free, easy to use, and it does screen capture flash tutorials like the ones above, including
voice narration.
