If you formatted your drive, then you shouldn't have two Windows installations on there. Formatting, by definition, erases any record of the data on the partition that you are formatting. Did you format only one partition, and not the one with your OS?
As the above poster said, I would try reformatting again. You can do so when you insert your install CD for Windows or another operating system.
