Hi All,

I'm fairly new here, and wanted to get your opinions on this
new wave of live internet TV that you can add to your site.

I've found a lot of success with it recently and was hoping to
get feedback form other webmasters on how I can make it
better.

(this isnt just a plug for my site i promise)

My husband and I started it about a month ago for the
members of our website, and have been slowly getting more
and more members.

My question from you all is are you using live internet tv on your sites?
If so, how are you using it? customer relations? trainings?

Looking forward to learning from all the great webmasters here...

Me personally? I hate them...

They're too distracting, they take away from the real value of the website IMO.

I almost always have music in the background on my computer, and it really annoys me when random noise and stuff comes up while I'm listening to my music in peace.
(This is one of the reasons I HATE myspace)

Buuuut....

I say it'd be alright if you give your users an option to play the video program or not, it's less intrusive this way. It really depends on the type of site and image you plan to market and project.

Hey James,

Thanks for teh feedback. I too agree and HATE it when extra NOISE just
starts playing.

I was referring to the live internet shows and if anyone was using them for promotions or as a part of their website. I was just looking for more uses other
than just communicating with your members etc.
