Hi All,

It's been awhile since I have been online at WMT..At least consistently...But I am still doing ok...That said, here's my question...Regarding my new laptop....

I bought a Sony Vaio Laptop (Model: VGN-CR320E) a couple of months ago, and it has Windows Vista Home Premium Edition pre-installed. I want to put either Windows Vista Ultimate, or Windows XP Pro in it ( I have both operating systems from another computer ) Btw, this is because I don't like the pre-installed software that get's installed. Also, a big drawback is that a couple of Sony specific function keys (on the keyboard) such as the AV Mode button (for audio / video functionality) and the Capture button for the Sony digital cam will NOT work on Visita Home Premium Edition (unless, it's the Sony Vaio OEM version) or XP at all. I was wondering if anyone has this laptop, and the drivers for preferrably Windows Vista, but I will also use Windows xp if that is my only option.

Thanks alot in advance!
-Brian

Really hard to say -- there's such a small crowd here.

You weren't able to find the drivers using a Google search?

I'd imagine that most software isn't Vista compatible yet. Even though Vista has been out for over a year, most people still aren't sold on it. I personally have no intentions to upgrade myself.
